Compertition Project

After frist getting this compertion project the most appeling to me is probly the D and AD student award ware we have been ask to tell a story through a photo-eassy of five images that changes people's perception of welf and poverty. For me this seems to sit quite nicely with the photographer i have been looking at for my disertation, I have been looking at the photographic group the topographics, they looked at how Amicara really was before hand you had the national Goloical servay with photographers like Edward Weston and Ancle Adams who just look at photography the sublime Amicar and before then the Hurdson River painting school who wer again just showing the best of the country from my understanding the new topotographic wer really the frist people to photograph the real amicaira before then the amican landscape photographers like Ansel Adams and the u.s geological survey also with painting and the hudson river school their were photographing and painting this promist land because of cause the first people that went to amicar were deaply religouse. i think it was allso seen as a way of addvertising the west to encurige people to move out to the funtears. So i think for this project i will be looking at doing some dead pan portraits looking at povoty in a perticlyar area in blackpool i think i will be looking at the back allys of some of the terrist houses in this aier as they seem to get quite negleted and run down and evey one seems to vode responablty to look after. if i can get in enouth as i think their starting to get fenced off i would like to be able to draw a comarsims from richer areis compared to the poorer
